Foxy Bingo through no fault of their own have been mixed up in a controversial fraud case where a women reportedly stole more than £22,000 to fund her bingo playing habit at their online site.

We say (controversial) because in the report by BBC News Devon on Friday it states that 40 year old Caroline Shopland-Saich used her company’s credit card to (pay off debts) amounting to £22,620 on Foxy Bingo over a 21 month period.

Now as we know, you cannot run up debts at an online bingo site, Foxy Bingo or any other site on the net come to that. You can only fund your accounts with available credit, be that with a debit / credit card or an alternative payment method.

So in no way (well not that we know of) could she have run up debts with Foxy Bingo. Car

UFC stud Tito Ortiz celebrated his 37th birthday with baby mama Jenna Jameson by his side at XS in Steve Wynn’s Encore on Sunday night. While preparing for the celebration, Ortiz tweeted, “Getting ready, this is going to be the best night of my life.”

Got some somewhat sad news today as Jimmy Sommerfeld, one of the best tournament directors in the business, is stepping away from the game.

Here is his announcement from TwoPlusTwo forums:

I cannot remember whether I met Jimmy around the same time as I met his wife Teresa back in 2006 or not. 

I met Teresa during the WSOP Circuit in Tunica and got to know Jimmy more at the Fall Poker Classic in Shakopee MN. Shakopee is where I usually say I met Jimmy.

Jimmy is by far one of the nicest guys in tournament poker and always ran a great event whenever I played in one of his tournaments. 

Of course, I cant fault him for wanting to get away from the game. He seems to have a thriving antiques and collectibles business underway in Southaven MS and he can now be called Grandpa.

I think I will make a trip down to the place where I met Jimmy (or at least where I think I did) at the end of the month and go play a couple of events at the Tunica WSOP Circuit. Hopefully it will not be the last time I get to say goodbye.

Although Ill tell him this when I see him, Ill say it here as well. 

Jimmy, thank you for your 18 years of service to the poker community and I hope you have a fantastic retirement. And tell Teresa Im still waiting for my Seven Card Stud satellite seat.
